Jung Ju Kim is the founder of NEXON Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of NEXON Holdings Company, the world's leading developer and provider of online entertainment contents.
As both a key game developer and management board member, he has propelled NEXON toward rapid and constant growth. Kim, who established NEXON Corporation in 1994, has developed a number of online games, including "The Kingdom of the Winds," "Crazy Arcade BnB," "Mabinogi," and "Kart Rider." His work has helped the Republic of Korea gain solid footing as a global leader in the online game industry.
Kim is lauded as one of Asia's most distinguished young entrepreneurs. He holds a B.S. in computer science & engineering from Seoul National University, and completed the Ph.D. course in electronic engineering and computer science at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
