Alex Carloss
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Distribution, Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment
As Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Distribution for Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment, Carloss is responsible for all aspects of the studio's feature film digital distribution over the internet, including Download-to-Own, Video-on-Demand, Subscription and Free Video-on-Demand. He manages a global team, located throughout North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Previously, Carloss served as Executive Vice-President, Worldwide Marketing for Paramount Pictures' Home Entertainment division, and prior to that, has held posts at Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Electronic Arts, Warner Bros and Walt Disney Studios. Carloss has almost two decades of entertainment experience, spanning North America, Europe and Australia, with a focus on building consumer-focused businesses within the home entertainment, interactive and digital space.
Carloss earned a Master of Arts from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. A native Brit, he currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his family.
