Sung Philmoon has over 20 years of experience in the virtual reality and 3D technology industry. Since 1993, when the 3D industry was still in its very early stages, he began developing technology to convert 2D images into stereoscopic 3D images. Over the years, he has developed over 13 titles along with a variety of virtual reality, stereoscopic 3D LCD goggles and other related technology equipment.

Chairman Sung received his bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Myong Ji University. Since becoming the Chairman of Stereo Pictures in 2007, he has been busy perfecting the Stereo Pictures Dynamic 3D technology to convert two-dimensional images into three-dimensional images. Today, under his leadership and vision, Stereo Pictures is being recognized by major studios in Hollywood and has been commissioned to work on feature film projects for the Fox Entertainment Group and Warner Bros. Entertainment.
