Economic development and climate change are again bringing attention to the problem of how we can keep feeding ourselves, which is an indispensable and fundamental issue for humankind's survival.
As we can see from the Jasmine Revolution from North Africa and the Middle East, the rise of the price of agricultural crops (agflation) is also causing geopolitical unrest.
A growing global population and shrinking supply of arable land is making it harder to deal with climate change, water shortages, and other environmental problems.
What will the farm of the future have to look like to address all these dark issues and provide humankind with a safe and sustainable supply of food?
