Since February 2012, Jeon Jin-han has been serving as the Manager of the Center for Freedom of Information. Even before that, since 2002, he helped spearhead the information disclosure movement in Korea, which aims to improve archival management practices. In 2010, he was invited by Beijing University to present the story and progress of the movement as a model case study. He is a frequent lecturer at the Korean Ministry of Public Administration and Security, Choongang University, and the Korean Press Foundation. He holds an MA from Myongji University’s Graduate School of Records, Archives & Information Science.
