Brian S. Lee
Co-Founder & Chairman, The Honest Company
Brian Sung Lee is a lawyer-turned-serial entrepreneur, well known for co-founding startups with celebrities. He co-founded LegalZoom, an online legal documentation platform, with Robert Shapiro. He is also the founder of ShoeDazzle.com, a fashion retail startup for which he partnered with Kim Kardashian. In 2012, he co-founded The Honest Company with Jessica Alba with an aim of providing non-toxic, eco-friendly baby and home products.
Brian was formerly an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and a former Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He has substantial experience in consulting on tax and accounting issues specializing in the high technology industry. His clients included HNC Software, Microsoft, Amgen, PairGain Technologies, Broadcom, and Alltel.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics/Business from UCLA and received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
