Kelvin Dongho Kim, the co-founder and CEO of IDINCU, successfully developed the smartphone-based market research methodology for the first time in Korea. OPENSURVEY completes a nationwide market research within 3 hours through its automated research platform with an aid of high-level data processing and mining technology. Faster and more accurate than traditional methodologies, the service is considered a novel solution for business planning and market analysis.

It also significantly lowers the market research costs by applying a technological approach, moving away from the manpower-based processes. With 3M, Johnson and Johnson and more than 200 companies are utilizing the service to better understand their consumers, Kelvin is considered a leading figure making disruptively creative innovations in the ossified research industry.

Recently, he was in the spotlight for closing the investment from renowned investors including a founder of Ticket Monster, a vice president of Facebook, and SoftBank. Before establishing IDINCU, he developed mobile services at Gretech and designed an index fund at WISEfn; one of his funds hit a half billion dollar within six months after its launch.

He graduated from Korea Science Academy of KAIST, studied information and industrial engineering at Yonsei University, and completed UCLA Entrepreneurship Incubator Program. He is also a member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research).
