From the beginning of the process, technology plays an important role in the evolution of a film. And technology being used as a filmmaking tool is an ever growing necessity, especially in computer graphics (CG) animation. Chris Sanders and Kirk DeMicco, the directors of the new DreamWorks Animation film, The Croods, will be joined by Head of Layout, Yong Duk Jhun to demonstrate the collaboration of the creative and technological sides of filmmaking. This session will lessen the gap between these two worlds.
