Young-Chul Yoon

YOON Youngchul received a PhD in journalism from the University of Minnesota in 1989. He started his carrier as professor at Kangwon National University in 1990. In 1996, he moved to Yonsei University and since then, he has taught journalism and communications at Yonsei. He also serves as chairman of the Committee on the Impact of Media Concentration (CIMC) since 2013 and was the president of the Korea Society for Journalism and Communication Studies (KSJCS) between 2011 and 2012.
