Woong-Mo Lee
President & CEO / SBS Chief Executive Secretary, SDF
He started his career as a producer at Tongyang Broadcasting Company (TBC) in 1978 and later joined Korea Broadcasting System (KBS) in 1980. He moved to Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) as one of its founding members in 1991.
Prior to being appointed president and CEO of SBS in December 2013, he served as president and CEO of SBS Artech in 2007, head of the broadcasting support division in 2009, and director of the news division in 2011. In December 2013, he was appointed the 19th president of Korean Broadcasters Association.
Lee earned his BA in media and communication from Korea University.
