Samsung Electronics Corporate EVP/Head of Advanced Package Business, Head of Business Development at Samsung Foundry
KANG Moonsoo received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Seoul National University in 1992 and earned his master’s and PhD at the University of Illinois. Formerly Head of Business Development at Samsung Foundry, he is currently Head of Samsung Electronics’ Advanced Package Business, a new organization responsible for the company’s semiconductor packaging business.
