Professor PARK Hyunwoo is a professor at the Graduate School of Data Science at Seoul National University. His research examines how data and AI are transforming human judgment, organizational decision-making, and the design of products and services. His research also spans data visualization and supply chain networks.

Before joining Seoul National University, he was an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University’s business school. He also served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Data Science. His research has been published in leading journals and presented at major academic conferences in business, computer science, and artificial intelligence. In 2024, he was elected a Young Member of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology (Y-KAST) in the Policy Division. In the same year, he served as Chair of the Technology, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Section of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).

Working across engineering, business, and data science, he studies and teaches how people can improve the way they make judgments, learn, and work in the age of AI.
