Title We Had AI Agents Debate One Another

KIM Nuri received her Ph.D. in Communication from Stanford University and spent ten years on the faculty of the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Since 2024, she has been a professor at the Graduate School of Future Strategy at KAIST. Her research focuses on deliberative democracy and intergroup communication.

She has long explored how dialogue can help people move beyond conflict and hatred toward greater mutual understanding, with particular attention to deliberative democracy and intergroup contact. More recently, she has extended this line of inquiry to artificial intelligence, examining how AI is reshaping what we believe, how we make judgments, and how we understand one another.

She currently leads the Science Journalism Graduate Program at KAIST and serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Media Psychology, an international academic journal in the field of media psychology.
