SHIN Wooseok is a partner in Bain & Company’s Seoul office and he leads Bain’s Financial practice in Korea.

He Joined Bain in 2016 with more than 13 years of consulting experiences, advising clients in the retain/consumer product, healthcare, consumer electronics, insurance, and banking industries. He is an expert in corporate strategy, business model transformation, digital transformation and organizational redesign.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked at Oliver Wyman as a Principal.

He earned his MBA from MIT Sloan school of Management, and graduated from Seoul National University with B.A. in business administration.
